Odoo Technical Delivery Manager (Part‑Time/Remote)

About the role

MAT Research is looking for an Odoo Technical Delivery Manager to keep its Odoo.sh ERP system running smoothly and evolving with business needs. This part‑time, remote role bridges business stakeholders and developers to deliver enhancements on time and with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery pipeline: maintenance, enhancements, bug fixes and new features.
• Manage the Asana board, prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business value.
• Coordinate part‑time/freelance developers, tracking timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Maintain a living roadmap of ERP improvements and oversee QA cycles, functional testing and UAT sign‑offs.
• Document workflows, configurations and customisations, and deliver training to improve adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing ERP systems, preferably Odoo v16‑18 on Odoo.sh.
• Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Helpdesk, Inventory, Purchase and Manufacturing modules.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working remotely across time zones.

Required skills

• Odoo (v16‑18) and Odoo.sh platform.
• Odoo Studio, reporting tools and integrations.
• Asana (or similar project‑management tool).
• Requirement gathering, acceptance‑criteria definition and QA processes.
