Partnerships Manager

About the role

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products and needs a proactive Partnerships Manager to drive external collaborations. Based in Amsterdam, you will own the end‑to‑end partnership process, from scouting opportunities to launching joint initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the partnerships pipeline from identification through negotiation, launch and ongoing development.
• Create conversations by continuously identifying and reaching out to potential AI and technology partners.
• Build relationships across the AI ecosystem and leverage events to open new doors.
• Develop creative partnership concepts such as product integrations, joint launches and co‑marketing.
• Negotiate commercial terms, coordinate contracts and drive internal execution to ensure successful launches.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or a similar external‑facing commercial role.
• Proven end‑to‑end deal experience, from outreach to negotiation and execution.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to evaluate business value quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• High level of proactivity and organization to manage a large pipeline of conversations.

Required skills

• Fluency in technology and AI concepts, with a genuine interest in the AI ecosystem.
• Experience negotiating API, technology or product‑integration partnerships (nice to have).
