Performance Marketer – B2B Agency

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Performance Marketer to drive online growth for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. You will own the full performance‑marketing cycle, from strategy development to campaign execution, helping clients achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid‑media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign management, continuously optimizing to meet client objectives.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and present results in an understandable format.
• Collaborate with the wider Dapper team to ensure integrated, high‑impact B2B marketing solutions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Growth mindset with a habit of giving and receiving feedback.
• Curiosity to question briefs and push for better outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to stay flexible and focused amid changing priorities.
