Product Owner/Technical Lead - Image Guided Therapy (Display Software)

About the role

Turn deep software engineering expertise into clear product direction for image‑guided therapy. As Product Owner/Technical Lead for display software in the Imaging Chain Cluster, you will bridge hands‑on understanding of complex software systems with backlog ownership, technical roadmaps and delivery commitments for Philips X‑ray platforms, including Azurion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Scrum team backlog, prepare content for PI planning and align features with the technical roadmap and business priorities.
• Translate system, software and stakeholder needs into well‑defined features and stories that enable the team to deliver maintainable, high‑quality software.
• Estimate and roadmap features within the Agile Release Train, actively managing risks, dependencies and commitments across teams.
• Challenge technical assumptions, guide trade‑offs and partner credibly with software designers, engineers, architects and system stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation in X‑ray imaging and display software for the Azurion platform while supporting quality and maintainability in a regulated medical‑device environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• More than 10 years of technical software‑development experience.
• At least 3 years of Product Owner experience in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Experience in healthcare or MedTech and working in a regulated environment is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary range €78,187 – €130,312 per year
• 3% performance bonus linked to KPIs/company results
