Recruiting Coordinator – Campus/Early Careers

About the role

Oliver Wyman is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support its Dutch recruiting operations. The role offers hands‑on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate engagement and collaboration with consultants and recruiting professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities such as candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, recruitment events, and campus/virtual recruiting sessions.
• Maintain ATS records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
• Support ad‑hoc HR/recruiting projects and process‑improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree completed.
• Previous recruiting experience.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
