Regional Technical Implementation Manager

About the role

Axon is seeking a Regional Technical Implementation Manager to drive customer success and technical adoption of its public safety solutions across the Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics. The role involves acting as the technical expert for Axon’s ecosystem, supporting customers on‑site and remotely, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical liaison between Axon, customers, and delivery partners, handling tickets, RMAs and the full adoption lifecycle.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Axon product deployments and coordinate regular calls and on‑site visits with customers.
• Support sales teams, suggest innovative uses of Axon technology, and facilitate integration with existing customer platforms.
• Travel up to 40% of the time across the region to install, commission, and troubleshoot solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Mission‑driven, highly motivated and tactically focused on managing customer success adoption.
• Ability to work with all organizational levels and build strong partnerships.

Required skills

• Enterprise networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, connectivity troubleshooting.
• SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, enterprise software administration.
• Windows environments, Active Directory/Entra ID, enterprise endpoint management concepts.
• Integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms such as Salesforce and Trello.
