Sales Operation and Management Assistant

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a Sales Operation and Management Assistant to support its sales organization in Rijswijk. This 12‑month renewable contract focuses on managing sales processes, pipelines, and operational tools rather than direct customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop policies and mechanisms for account and partner management, sales order handling, end‑to‑end sales project execution, and authorization processes.
• Build capabilities for customer relationship management, satisfaction tracking, sales project operation, contract fulfillment, and related digital platforms.
• Support review and decision‑making for sales projects and contracts, supervise processes, and maintain contract documentation.
• Plan and support key customer contact activities, resolve non‑technical issues, manage high‑level VOCs and complaints, and assist frontline operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial management or project management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, contract execution and risk control.
• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in sales data and business performance analysis.

Required skills

• Fluency in Chinese and English.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools and digital sales platforms.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, finance, legal, contract management and other internal teams.
