Senior Associate Indirect Tax - SAP expert

About the role

PwC’s Indirect Tax Technology team is seeking a Senior Associate with deep expertise in SAP (SD, MM, FI) to support international clients on indirect tax projects. You will help design, configure and optimise SAP solutions that meet complex VAT and indirect tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and indirect tax obligations.
• Design and implement SAP configurations for VAT and indirect tax compliance.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary project teams, coordinating with tax experts, project managers and functional consultants.
• Allocate and plan resources across concurrent projects and, where appropriate, lead project teams.
• Deliver training and documentation to client users on new SAP functionalities.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in SAP indirect tax implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of indirect tax/VAT legislation and its impact on SAP systems.
• Ability to work in English with international clients and teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, occasionally abroad.
