Senior Client Lead

About the role

GoSpooky is looking for a Senior Client Lead to steer and grow its client units in Amsterdam. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will shape strategic roadmaps, lead commercial activities and ensure seamless collaboration across all creative and technical crafts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic growth roadmaps for assigned client units.
• Lead the commercial performance of client accounts, ensuring alignment with GoSpooky’s standards.
• Act as a consultative advisor, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conduct unit‑level business reviews and manage new briefings.
• Prepare high‑quality quotations and detailed Statements of Work.
• Handle high‑level escalations both internally and with clients, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, data, commerce) to deliver integrated client strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years in a strategic, client‑facing role within a digital or creative agency.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing and social media ecosystem.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and uncover commercial opportunities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior client leads and executives.
• Excellent strategic thinking and consultative communication with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of proactively removing operational and strategic roadblocks.
• Commercially driven mindset; not suitable for pure operations or project‑management backgrounds.
