Senior Design Engineer Analog Electronics

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Senior Design Engineer Analog Electronics for a client in the Netherlands, an international electronics manufacturer serving original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The engineer works in a multidisciplinary team in an international environment and contributes to the setup of the complete (sub-)system, designing, implementing and verifying complex analog circuits.

Key responsibilities

• Design, simulate, implement and control analog circuits together with mechanics and embedded software teams
• Act as the point of contact for customer engineers in your area
• Build models that meet electromagnetic compatibility, testability, reliability and manufacturability requirements
• Define circuits, document them and specify the required tests
• Evaluate schedules and report technical developments to the project manager
• Guide junior engineers in their day-to-day work

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics
• At least 7 years of experience designing analog circuits
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, especially for product documentation

Required skills

• Analog circuit design tools, including SPICE simulation
• Low-noise models, ADC and DAC conversion and mixed-signal circuits
• Experience with measurement equipment
• Basic knowledge of software, analog IC design and mechatronics
