Senior Designer, Apparel Graphics Local Creation EMEA

About the role

This senior designer role reports to the EMEA Apparel Graphics Manager and works closely with cross‑functional teams to shape narrative‑driven graphic design for Nike’s apparel portfolio across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Create impactful graphics, branding elements, and storytelling systems that support seasonal and category product journeys.
• Translate trend, consumer, cultural and sport insights into relevant graphic design solutions for the EMEA marketplace.
• Partner with Design, Product Management and Development teams to ensure high‑quality execution of graphic concepts.
• Present concepts, storytelling frameworks and design rationale to cross‑functional partners and stakeholders.
• Guide prototype sample development and support decisions around print techniques, trims, applications and production execution.

Required profile

• Compelling design portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, creative problem‑solving and execution across multiple projects.
• Experience creating consumer‑focused graphic design solutions in agency, brand, studio, freelance or in‑house environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance creativity with execution and work with agility in a dynamic, consumer‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
