Space Planner

About the role

The Space Planner will optimise retail space for Nike Stores across the EMEA marketplace, supporting end‑to‑end cross‑functional processes and driving inventory efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive optimal consumer space and business profitability by aligning design, construction, product, and brand teams.
• Maintain accurate space‑planning data, floor‑plans and capacity counts for all stores in the fleet.
• Provide visual planning, allocation and productivity insights to retail, real‑estate and headquarters teams.
• Collaborate with Brand Creative Retail Design on layout intent and support new store or store‑adjustment business cases.

Required profile

• Strong experience with retail space/floor‑plans in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI and AI tools for data analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to work in a matrix organisation.
• Self‑starter with problem‑solving mindset and strong numerical skills.
