Senior Manager – Revenue Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to build and own the business layer of a next‑generation RevOps platform that powers the entire DataSnipper GTM organisation. You will be the single accountable owner of the definitions that drive our pipeline, forecasting and quota allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own ICP, routing policies, handoff criteria and qualified‑opportunity rules implemented in the CRM.
• Own territory and quota assignment, run bottom‑up quota setting and capacity planning.
• Manage all GTM reporting, analytics and forecasting in HubSpot, including AI‑assisted dashboards.
• Lead a team of RevOps Specialists embedded with Sales, CS and Marketing.
• Partner with GTM Engineering to translate business rules into automation briefs.
• Collaborate with Finance on annual planning, revenue recognition and commissions.

Required profile

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or similar B2B SaaS role.
• Proven people‑leadership experience managing a cross‑functional embedded team.
• Strong forecasting rigor and ability to resolve metric ambiguities across functions.
• Comfort moving between Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and technical build teams.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to automate reporting and forecasting.
