Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

Kaizo is looking for a senior marketer to build its marketing engine from scratch. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing function, shaping the website, content, outbound campaigns and field events to drive awareness and pipeline for its AI‑enabled customer service QA platform.

Key responsibilities

• Revamp the website to reflect the current product and improve SEO and AI search visibility.
• Transform enterprise wins into case studies, references and analyst content.
• Manage review and analyst presence, including a G2 strategy and competitor comparison pages.
• Provide sales and customer success teams with battlecards, one‑pagers, decks and other collateral.
• Lead product marketing: positioning, launches and messaging for AutoQA, Agentic QA, Insights and AI Coaching.
• Build brand thought leadership through PR, executive content and social channels.
• Define and execute a field‑marketing plan for international events targeting the enterprise ICP.
• Collaborate with sales on outbound and partner campaigns across the helpdesk and customer service ecosystem.

Required profile

• Content‑first marketer with strong storytelling skills.
• Experience marketing complex B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles.
• Hands‑on approach: writing, editing, briefing designers and managing freelancers.
• Comfortable working with lean marketing ops tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Understanding of how AI search changes B2B discovery and ability to adapt SEO strategy.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency.
