Senior Transformation Lead

About the role

The Senior Transformation Lead will drive strategic change across APM Terminals, ensuring projects are delivered with quality and speed. This temporary, mandate‑based position works on behalf of executive leadership to orchestrate delivery, remove barriers, and enforce accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of one or more strategic transformation projects, translating intent into clear outcomes, milestones and decisions.
• Maintain governance, escalation and decision discipline across complex, cross‑functional landscapes, escalating unresolved blockers to executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among business owners, IT/OT, BPM, finance and operations, resolving dependencies and acting as the single point of execution accountability.
• Drive enterprise‑wide change coordination, ensuring the Change Receiving Organization is engaged, prepared and accountable.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years leading complex, cross‑functional transformations with a proven track record of delivering strategic change.
• Experience working with senior executives, business and operations, and technology‑led change in regulated or asset‑heavy environments (advantageous).
• Strong executive‑level communication, presence and ability to operate on a mandate without formal line authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, economics or related field; Master’s degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, MPA) is a plus.
