Service Planner

About the role

As a Service Planner you will organise the daily deployment of service technicians who maintain elevators and escalators. You will act as the central hub between customers, field staff and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations across your assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the deployment of service technicians.
• Order the materials required for repair jobs.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and colleagues.
• Work independently for your own regions.
• Ensure all administrative records are accurately captured.
• Keep an overview of a busy, dynamic agenda.

Required profile

• MBO‑4 level of work and thinking.
• Enjoy planning, arranging and customer contact.
• Work precisely, think ahead and switch quickly.
