Solutions Architect

About the role

Symphony Solutions is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive technical credibility throughout the pre‑sales cycle and translate client requirements into robust, deliverable architectures. The role blends pre‑sales leadership, enterprise architecture design, and active contribution to our AI service line across iGaming, Aviation, and Healthcare verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales activities such as RFP/RFI responses, discovery workshops, and technical proposals.
• Design high‑load, cloud‑native architectures using microservices, event‑driven patterns, and container orchestration.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and guide one or more software development teams.
• Contribute to AI service offerings, evaluating generative AI and LLM solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience (Python, Java, or Node.js).
• 3+ years in a solution architecture function within a product or service company.
• Proven experience in Agile/Lean environments and team‑scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 CEFR).
• Solid understanding of databases (RDBMS, NoSQL), security patterns, and networking vulnerabilities.
