Store Supervisor – Retail Leadership

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic retail team in Amsterdam. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers while supporting and developing store Stylists.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
• Set and drive individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and keep management informed.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver an exceptional 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service experience.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
