Strategy and Execution Principal

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy and Execution Principal to join Metyis’ Strategy and Execution team in Amsterdam. The role combines high‑level consulting, data‑driven insight generation, and change management to help C‑level clients achieve impactful transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with C‑level stakeholders to drive change.
• Lead project teams, providing coaching, performance feedback, and personal development support.
• Design pragmatic strategies, formulate data‑enabled hypotheses, and oversee advanced data analyses.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder communication.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities for both clients and Metyis.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, capability building, and content development.

Required profile

• 8–11 years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years leading projects and teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in one of Metyis’ practice areas (e.g., AI & Data, Digital Commerce, Marketing & Design).
• Strong management and communication skills, able to influence senior clients.
• Track record of delivering value‑accretive business cases and change initiatives.
