Strategy Consultant Internship

About the role

Join PwC's Strategy& team in Amsterdam as a Strategy Consultant Intern. Over a three‑month period you will work on real client projects, gaining hands‑on experience in strategic consulting and contributing to tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Become an integral member of an international project team.
• Support two to three client engagements, covering the full project lifecycle from inception to execution.
• Take ownership of specific work packages, applying analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Interact with clients, present findings, and help shape recommendations.
• Complete a final assessment that provides detailed feedback on performance.

Required profile

• High academic achievement (minimum Bachelor’s degree) with strong grades.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative/qualitative reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and proactive learning attitude.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Evidence of extracurricular involvement alongside studies.
