Supplier Relationship Manager

About the role

QuantWare is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to act as the primary contact for supplier relationships, define SRM processes, and support sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish category strategies for direct and indirect spend and create win‑win supplier relationships.
• Lead the SRM program with KPIs tracking cost optimisation, OTIF and supplier assurance.
• Own contract excellence, collaborating with Legal and Finance on payment terms and contract language.
• Develop end‑to‑end supply‑chain profiles for Tier 1 suppliers and SOPs for SRM activities.
• Support CSR reporting and sustainability initiatives with the Director of Government Affairs.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of formal supplier relationship management experience in advanced manufacturing.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in contract negotiation and management.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CRA, GPSR, PLD, NIS2 guidelines and INCO Terms.
