Supply Chain Improvement Manager (SPS)

About the role

The Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) Improvement Manager will drive global business process optimisation for the Global Planning function. You will work closely with functional teams across the SPS organisation to enhance processes, systems and tools that support inventory, material availability and supplier delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement continuous process improvements to meet critical department metrics such as inventory levels and material availability.
• Own improvement projects, applying lean methodologies and project‑management skills to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and configure systems and tools in partnership with IT, Analytics and external partners.
• Act as the master‑data expert for planning of service parts and drive global alignment of planning processes.
• Develop supply‑chain strategies that optimise inventory and costs while ensuring compliance with quality system requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in health‑tech supply chains, with a focus on service‑parts planning.
• Master’s degree in supply‑chain management, operations management or computer science.

Required skills

• SAP
• Servigistics (or similar service‑parts planning tool)
• Advanced forecasting and multi‑echelon optimisation techniques
• Time‑phase supply planning
