Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

QuantWare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale its engineering and operations teams. You will own 8‑10 roles end‑to‑end, partnering with hiring managers and the Talent team to move candidates quickly and smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of the full recruiting process for assigned roles, from defining specifications to extending offers.
• Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the pipeline.
• Maintain and improve recruitment procedures, keep the ATS up‑to‑date, and flag bottlenecks to leadership.
• Support employer branding by participating in recruitment events and industry engagement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering or related field.
• Comfortable with engineering terminology and deep‑tech profiles.
• Excellent written English, calm under pressure, proactive and organized.
