Technical Services Engineer – German Speaking

About the role

The Technical Services Engineer will lead the deployment, integration and support of DeepHealth’s AI‑driven medical imaging software for German‑speaking customers across Europe. Working within the Delivery and Implementation team, you will translate customer requirements into seamless installations and ensure optimal performance of the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, install and configure AI imaging applications on customer premises, integrating with existing IT and radiology infrastructure.
• Gather detailed site requirements, document system configurations and maintain installation records.
• Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues promptly, including on‑call rotations.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and contribute to workflow automation.
• Stay current with emerging cloud, container and imaging technologies to advise customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of systems engineering or similar technical experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, able to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Python, PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Linux administration, networking and security fundamentals.
• Public cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD.
• Monitoring and observability tools (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Medical imaging standards: DICOM, PACS, RIS, modality integration.
