Technical Services Engineer (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

The Technical Services Engineer will lead deployment, integration and support of DeepHealth’s AI‑powered medical imaging software for customers across Europe, ensuring smooth implementation and optimal use of the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of DeepHealth’s AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
• Gather customer requirements and installation environment details to enable smooth deployments.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of systems engineering experience (5+ years preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Python, PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Linux administration, shell scripting, and toolchain maintenance.
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and security.
• Public/private cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, Docker containers.
• CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD.
• Monitoring and observability stacks (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• DICOM standards, PACS, RIS, modality integration and connectivity troubleshooting.
