Technical Support Specialist – AI First

About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist at DataSnipper you will join an AI‑first support team, resolving complex technical issues while helping to improve the underlying AI infrastructure. The role blends hands‑on troubleshooting with strategic work to enhance our knowledge base and support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the agentic AI infrastructure to boost resolution rates and answer quality.
• Independently resolve escalated tickets, performing log analysis, API debugging and coordinating code‑level investigations with Engineering.
• Partner with Customer Success and Engineering to address bugs and incidents impacting customers.
• Maintain and expand the technical knowledge base, creating troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring issue patterns and feed insights back to Product and Engineering.
• Assist in onboarding and training new support team members.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of technical or application support experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills with logs, APIs, browser developer tools and basic networking.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively.
• Clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• API debugging and log analysis.
• Windows and Azure environments.
• Basic networking checks and Windows registry inspection.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools such as Intercom, Zendesk and Jira.
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with audit or financial software.
• Fluency in using AI tools to increase productivity.
