Territory Sales Executive – Netherlands, Belgium & Italy

About the role

A long-standing manufacturer and distributor of specialist components in the safety and risk management industry is looking for a Territory Sales Executive to cover the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. The position is remote, based in the Netherlands, and the advertised salary is approximately €65,000-70,000 per year including vacation allowance (about €5,800 gross per month).

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales with new and existing customers across the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts in the territory.
• Manage lead generation and develop a clear sales strategy for conversion.
• Manage existing client accounts and build strong working relationships.
• Promote the company's ready-made and custom products to clients.
• Travel to visit clients across the allocated territory.
• Oversee and provide competitive quotations based on client requirements.
• Follow up on product distribution and advise clients accordingly.
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows where required.

Required profile

• Dutch and English fluency to native standard (written and spoken).
• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in sales or business development within a manufacturing industry is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
