Travel Consultant – Hybrid, Amsterdam

About the role

One of a Kind Travel is seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to join its Amsterdam office on a hybrid basis. You will be the first point of contact for high‑end villa and vacation‑rental enquiries, turning interest into confirmed bookings while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to booking enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and chat.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations by providing tailored information and options.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to verify property availability and craft customised solutions.
• Handle client questions, complaints and after‑sales support to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the booking system and share updates with relevant teams.
• Assist in offering additional services such as private chefs, car rentals and concierge support.
• Track inquiry metrics and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as sales, support or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
• Motivated, adaptable and passionate about delivering luxury travel experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
