Workflow Developer & Tester

About the role

We are looking for a Workflow Developer & Tester to design, implement and validate Temporal workflow activities in Go, supporting our SIM inventory and provisioning platform. You will work closely with senior developers to deliver robust backend services and automated tests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Temporal workflow activities in Go for HSS, PCRF adapters and inventory updates.
• Design and maintain the Inventory Management PostgreSQL database, handling up to 30 million records.
• Build bulk import tools for CSV‑based ICCID/IMSI/MSISDN ingestion.
• Implement REST API endpoints for allocation, reservation, release and query of SIM records.
• Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests, including mock network elements and database assertions.
• Support senior developers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Create load and stress test suites to simulate peak provisioning traffic.
• Integrate test automation into CI pipelines and support UAT bug reproduction.
• Collaborate on HSS synchronization, number portability hooks and other telecom integrations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of production backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Go (Java acceptable with strong fundamentals and willingness to transition).
• Experience building REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization).
• Solid unit and integration testing practices.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and event‑driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Pub/Sub).
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes deployments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
