X Channel Manager

About the role

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products and needs a dedicated professional to lead its presence on X (formerly Twitter). As the X Channel Manager you will shape the brand’s voice, grow its audience and make the account a must‑follow source for AI and creator conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the X account and grow impressions, engagement, audience and overall presence.
• Develop a distinctive, native voice by experimenting with tone, formats, hooks and timing.
• Create X‑native content such as original posts, threads, memes and product demonstrations.
• Ride the news cycle, turning emerging AI and creator news into timely, relevant posts.
• Join conversations with AI creators, founders, researchers and insert Creative Fabrica organically.
• Showcase AI products with creative demos without overt advertising.
• Build recurring formats and collaborate with the creative team on visuals, videos and memes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years managing X/Twitter or similar social channels with proven organic reach.
• Deep fluency in X culture, mechanics, memes and platform‑native communication.
• Strong short‑form copywriting in English with ability to craft hooks and concise messages.
• Fast thinking and good judgment to react to conversations while they’re relevant.
• Independent creative drive to generate original content ideas without relying on a preset calendar.
