Fundraising Data Analyst

About the role

Are you passionate about fundraising and energized by turning data into meaningful insights? This diverse role combines channel management, financial planning, data analysis, reporting, partner coordination, CRM administration and occasional design support.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise face‑to‑face, telemarketing and digital fundraising channels, monitoring performance and donor acquisition.
• Lead budget planning and financial monitoring for fundraising channels, recommending corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain regular fundraising performance reports, dashboards and donor‑segmentation analyses.
• Administer the Engage CRM system, prepare audience selections and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Provide design support for merchandise, visuals and print media, and collaborate with communications, marketing and programme teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fundraising or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising or data analytics, including campaign management and agency coordination.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Affinity with Hivos’ mission and values.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 Engage (CRM) administration.
• Microsoft Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
