Sales Assistant – 14 hrs/week Fixed‑Term (Amsterdam)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Carhartt WIP store on Hartenstraat in Amsterdam. This is a fixed‑term position for a minimum of 14 hours per week, offering the chance to represent an iconic workwear brand in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and convey brand stories in the store setting.
• Drive sales and ensure weekly targets are met.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and maintain visual display standards.
• Follow all operational store policies and procedures.
• Develop product knowledge and a deeper understanding of the business.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Confident, outgoing and able to sell effectively.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.
• Availability for a minimum of 14 hours per week on a fixed‑term basis.
