About the role

Join the MaxMara Amsterdam boutique as a Sales Assistant, representing a world‑renowned luxury fashion brand. You will create memorable in‑store experiences, guide clients through the brand’s heritage, and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a consistently excellent in‑store experience.
• Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge acquired through training and ongoing market research.
• Execute the brand’s selling ceremony to maximise sales opportunities and meet store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support shop operations.
• Build client confidence by delivering an engaging, interactive experience.
• Acquire new customers, meet conversion goals, and nurture existing client relationships.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• 10+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high‑end fashion.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
