Team Lead Electronics

About the role

Lead our electronics crew to new heights by designing and delivering cutting‑edge hardware for radar systems. As the Team Lead Electronics Engineering you combine deep technical expertise with people‑focused leadership, guiding a talented group of engineers through design, testing and production.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of engineers, overseeing daily work and project execution.
• Define technical direction, standards and lead new design projects for electrical, optical and thermal control.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform hands‑on PCB layout using Altium Designer and guide RF, analog, digital and high‑speed interface choices.
• Oversee circuit testing, simulation and verification, documenting results before production release.
• Maintain design documentation, ensure compliance with IPC standards and EMC regulations.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with suppliers, EMS partners and academic institutions.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on PCB hardware design experience.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring or coaching technical teams.
• Fluent English with strong cross‑cultural communication skills.

Required skills

• Altium Designer for PCB layout.
• RF circuit design, FPGA development, high‑speed interface design.
• Digital and analog circuit design.
• EMC compliance and IPC standards knowledge.
• Use of VNAs, oscilloscopes and other measurement equipment.
• Basic electromagnetic (EM) theory.
