Global Service Operations Internship – Service Enablement

About the role

Join the Service Enablement Team (SET) and support two key service transformation programs. You will work closely with project managers and colleagues across regions, gaining hands‑on exposure to planning, executing and improving large global programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of two service transformation programs in collaboration with project managers.
• Assist with program preparation activities and documentation coordination.
• Contribute to transformation workstreams and manage day‑to‑day program activities.
• Coordinate weekly status reporting from project managers and domain leads.
• Work with the tools, processes and governance used to run large projects/programs.
• Participate in meetings with global operations, functional teams and business units, tracking project status, risks, issues and dependencies.

Required profile

• Studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Change Management, Mathematics, Physics or another quantitative/analytical discipline.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a complex corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of data‑driven reporting and decision‑making.
• Professional communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Effective collaboration with colleagues from different functions, regions and business units.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to support multiple activities in a structured way.

What we offer

• Monthly full‑time allowance between €500‑€700 gross (pro‑rated for part‑time).
• Housing compensation of €300 net (Amsterdam area) or €255 net (other Philips locations) when relocation is required.
• Travel allowance up to €192 net per month if not eligible for a free public‑transport card.
• Paid holidays for the internship term and the chance to purchase Philips products at a discount.
