Onboarding Associate – Customer Success

About the role

We are seeking a confident, highly motivated Onboarding Associate to join OrderYOYO in Amsterdam. You will help restaurants launch their digital presence and ensure their success during the critical first 60 days.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new restaurant partners from sign‑up through go‑live, creating their digital profiles and uploading menus.
• Conduct outbound calls to verify onboarding progress and provide ongoing support.
• Analyse partner account data to identify optimisation opportunities, such as menu offers, upsell suggestions and promotional items.
• Reach out to partners after the 60‑day period to drive commercial growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement partner ideas.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and bonuses.
• Excellent communication, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to prioritise multiple onboarding tasks.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with outbound sales or customer‑success calls.
• Ability to work with data analytics to spot optimisation points.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for menu digitisation and app updates.
