Portfolio Manager Netherlands

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Go‑to‑Market Portfolio Manager to lead the development and commercialisation of HR solutions in the Netherlands. You will combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution to create offerings that are easy to buy, easy to sell, and deliver measurable value for thousands of businesses and millions of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate growth across the Netherlands, collaborating with product, sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Own and continuously optimise the Software & Services catalogue, ensuring it stays accurate, compelling and ready for delivery.
• Translate market insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence into differentiated, customer‑centric offerings.
• Contribute to long‑term strategic direction while guaranteeing flawless execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and customer needs to keep the portfolio ahead of the competition.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in go‑to‑market, product marketing or strategic marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR technology or professional services.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling and optimising commercial offerings.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and work as part of a management team.
• Analytical, structured and customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tooling.
