Product Designer – AI Creative Suite

About the role

Creative Fabrica Studio is an AI‑native creative suite that lets anyone turn a rough idea into a professional asset in minutes. The team is redesigning Studio to be faster, clearer and more distinctive, and needs a product designer to shape the experience from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end redesign of Studio, including information architecture, flows, UI and interaction details.
• Raise visual and interaction quality to make the product feel modern and distinctive.
• Translate product goals into concrete screens, components and prototypes ready for development.
• Partner daily with engineers to clarify intent, resolve edge cases and keep design and build in sync.
• Produce structured Figma files with clear hierarchy, components, variants and specs for efficient handoff.
• Design creator‑focused workflows that reduce friction and simplify advanced AI capabilities.
• Iterate quickly from concept to usable design, preferring rapid iterations over long polishing cycles.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, exploration and production while maintaining craft.
• Build and evolve a coherent design system that scales across new features.
• Validate designs with lightweight critiques, quick tests and usage feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with a portfolio of shipped work.
• Excellent UI craft, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy and interaction design.
• Advanced Figma skills for developer handoff (components, variants, auto‑layout, states).
• Proven ability to redesign or substantially improve a product experience with measurable usability gains.
• Comfortable using AI tools in the design workflow and fluent in written and spoken English.
• Thrives in high‑pace environments, manages shifting priorities and delivers on deadlines.
• Independent, ownership‑driven and able to propose direction without heavy process.
