Quotation Desk Specialist

About the role

The Quotation Desk Specialist ensures high‑quality quotes are delivered globally for Leaseweb. The role focuses on reviewing quotes in the CPQ system against defined technical and business parameters, eliminating errors early and supporting a fast approval flow.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify quotes against a pre‑defined set of technical and business parameters.
• Approve quotes that meet established requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to quote originators, highlighting improvement areas.
• Identify trends and flag recurring issues to management for continuous process enhancement.
• Deliver structured feedback to internal teams on departmental processes and challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar quotation or sales‑support role.
• Ability to understand Leaseweb’s cloud and hosting offerings.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using quotation management and CRM software.
