Repair Processing Officer – COC & Repairs Admin

About the role

The Repair Processing Officer (COC & Repairs Admin) supports Moog's aftermarket business by handling repair orders, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring accurate processing in business systems. This onsite role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Quote, process, and monitor repair orders for Moog products.
• Prepare and distribute KPI reports and other administrative documentation.
• Assist the Order Processing Officer and Inside Sales with new spare parts and customer orders.
• Handle telephone inquiries, follow‑up activities, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Service, Operations, and Trade Compliance teams to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with order data.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in an administrative or order‑processing environment, preferably in an industrial or technical setting.

• Proficiency with business/order processing systems.
