Senior People Manager

About the role

GRI is seeking a Senior People Manager to lead the delivery of practical, effective, and compliant people services for its global workforce. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape an engaging employee experience while ensuring compliance with Dutch employment legislation and other international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People function and provide day‑to‑day leadership to the People Operations Manager.
• Prioritise people activities to align resources with critical operational and strategic needs.
• Balance day‑to‑day operational requirements with organisational priorities, making pragmatic decisions on where the people function adds the greatest value.
• Provide trusted advice on employee relations, recruitment, organisational change and people management.
• Ensure people policies, processes and practices remain compliant, consistent and fit for purpose across all locations.
• Partner with employer‑of‑record services to navigate employment matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and the Dutch labour market.
• Proven experience managing HR functions in an international, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and management boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
