Vice President of Product Management, In Store Experience

About the role

Adyen is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead its In‑Store Experience strategy worldwide. This executive will shape the future of in‑person payments by combining hardware, software, and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global product strategy for in‑person payments.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Partnerships, Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
• Build, mentor and scale a world‑class product organization.
• Act as a strategic partner to key enterprise customers, presenting roadmaps and gathering feedback.

Required profile

• 15+ years in technology, with 12+ years in senior product leadership (VP/SVP/CPO).
• Proven track record scaling product organizations at top‑tier tech companies.
• Strategic thinker who can translate multi‑year vision into measurable roadmaps.
• Strong technical background; software engineering experience is a plus.
• Experience building hardware‑software integrated products, preferably payment terminals.
• Deep passion for payments and customer‑centric product development.
• Leadership experience in fintech or payments.
