Account Manager – Civil Aviation

About the role

As an Account Manager you will drive sales growth and protect critical civil‑aviation sites by translating customer needs into high‑impact radar solutions. You will manage and expand a portfolio of global airport customers, working closely with Sales, Tech Sales, Service, Support and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for global civil‑aviation customers and build long‑lasting relationships.
• Generate sales, negotiate contracts and close new or renewal deals to exceed annual targets.
• Drive pipeline growth through virtual and in‑person meetings, trade shows and conferences.
• Monitor commercial performance, forecast sales and report key metrics.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Bid Ops, Tech Sales and Quality to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• BA or MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of account‑management experience in an international, multicultural environment.
• Deep understanding of the civil‑aviation sector; prior exposure to radar technology or aviation infrastructure is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 40 % of the time.
