Accounting Governance & Reporting Manager

About the role

QuantWare seeks an experienced Accounting Governance & Reporting Manager to strengthen internal controls, refine accounting guidelines, and deliver high‑quality management reporting. The role blends financial governance, process improvement, reporting, and project management in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve accounting policies and procedures, providing guidance on complex transactions and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Enhance management reporting by establishing standards, templates, calendars, and automated dashboards.
• Review financial processes, identify control gaps, design proportionate controls, and support remediation of audit findings.
• Lead finance transformation projects, including ERP implementation, reporting, consolidation, and other system improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; qualified CPA, CA, RA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience, including several years at a Big Four audit firm at Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting, with experience in high‑growth technology or deep‑tech environments preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• ERP systems implementation and usage.
• Business intelligence tools for reporting and dashboards.
