Client Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, proactive Client Operations Associate to join our growing Client Operations team at Contentoo. In this role you will act as a core operational engine, handling inbound client and freelancer requests, triaging issues, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly. You will work closely with another Operations Associate and senior team members in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake hub, reviewing, categorising and routing client and freelancer requests with rapid response times.
• Manage daily intake queues together with a fellow Operations Associate to guarantee full coverage and seamless teamwork.
• Deliver warm, professional communication to clients and freelancers across all touchpoints.
• Oversee standard project management for core client accounts, tracking milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Identify process friction, suggest improvements and help implement automations together with senior specialists.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, project management or a similar delivery role, preferably in a startup or scale‑up.
• Strong problem‑solving agility and the ability to navigate ambiguity quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a professional, positive communication style.
• Highly organised self‑starter capable of juggling multiple priorities without losing detail.
• Curiosity for platform tools, CRM systems and AI‑driven productivity enhancements.
