Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador (German)

About the role

Rituals is looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador based in Amsterdam. You will be the calm, confident voice behind the screen and on the phone, turning questions into solutions and helping customers turn "just browsing" into "add to basket" without sounding like a bot. You will support customers via email, phone and social media, while spotting opportunities to recommend the right Rituals product.

Key responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for German- and English-speaking customers on questions, concerns, compliments and order issues.
• Deliver personal, engaging service with no copy-paste replies or corporate scripts.
• Spot sales opportunities naturally and recommend products that match each customer's needs.
• Keep quality and productivity in mind, working with targets and KPIs while staying authentic.
• Think in solutions and make sure customers feel genuinely heard.
• Bring the Rituals brand to life through your service.
