Founding Business Development Representative – Amsterdam

About the role

Dandy is building its first Business Development Representative team in the Netherlands to generate leads and fill the top of the sales funnel as it launches its go‑to‑market function. The role supports both inbound and outbound sales motions, engaging interested dental practices and proactively prospecting new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for dental practice prospects.
• Generate new business through outbound channels such as email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
• Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, continuously improving processes.
• Pitch Dandy’s value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of professional sales experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Experience with cold calling, preferably targeting SMBs.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new sales concepts.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and ramp up quickly.
• Experience with standard sales tools and interest in exploring new tools.
• Overall track record of professional and academic success.
