Global Account Manager – Enterprise SaaS (Netherlands)

About the role

SINGU is seeking a senior enterprise SaaS leader to own and grow a select portfolio of its most strategic global customers. This quota‑carrying position focuses on multi‑country expansion, executive relationship building, and long‑term partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of named global strategic accounts and deliver significant ARR expansion across countries, portfolios, products and use‑cases.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑suite executives and senior business sponsors, shaping executive engagement strategies for each account.
• Develop and execute multi‑year global account plans, identifying whitespace and turning customer priorities into compelling expansion propositions.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, enterprise agreement discussions and coordinate cross‑functional resources (Presales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to close high‑value opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning high‑value, multi‑year enterprise agreements or expansions, including seven‑figure opportunities.
• Experience managing complex international or multi‑country accounts within SaaS or PropTech environments.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability and forecasting discipline.
• Ability to lead through influence across matrixed organisations and engage senior internal sponsors.
