Global Management Trainee - Netherlands

About the role

JDE Peet's, now part of Keurig Dr Pepper and the world's leading pure-play coffee company, runs a Global Management Trainee Programme in the Netherlands. Over 12 months, you will experience the business from the inside out through rotations across functions and, where relevant, markets, working alongside global teams, taking on real business challenges and leading a high-impact project. Senior mentors support you in developing your leadership skills.

Required profile

• On track to graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in time for the September 2027 kick-off, ready to start full-time.
• Maximum of 2 years of full-time professional experience.
• Fluent and confident English.
• Adaptable, curious and open to new experiences, with a passion for global business and strong cross-cultural awareness.
• Globally mobile, both during the 12-month programme and in the role after graduation.
• Demonstrated leadership, for example through internship experience in FMCG, financial services, consulting or engineering, or long-term commitment to extracurricular activities such as sports, student leadership or entrepreneurial projects.
