Global Talent Intern

About the role

JDE Peet's, a pure-play coffee company now part of Keurig Dr Pepper, is looking for a Global Talent Intern at its international headquarters in Amsterdam. This working internship deepens understanding of talent management in international organisations and how to foster people development in a diverse cultural context.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data for talent processes and initiatives, report in Excel and create visual overviews in PowerPoint and Canva
• Organise and coordinate events and initiatives, connect with suppliers and manage contracting and invoicing
• Support the Global Management Trainee Program
• Organise Learning & Development trainings, keep them up to date in the Learning Management System and analyse data for annual reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that streamline talent processes and improve the employee experience
• Draft communication materials and visuals for talent projects

Required profile

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc programme during the whole internship, preferably in HR, Business or a related field
• Structured, driven and energetic, with excellent communication and people skills, able to work in teams and independently
• Commitment of at least 6 months, preferably from February 2027 to July 2027
• Availability of 4-5 days per week, with three days in office and one or two days remote

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
